Automation Engineer
Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (EC/IC)
Experience: Fresher to 2 years
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support & Demonstration.
- Conduct Application Studies along with New Product Development.
- Handle Installation & Commissioning processes.
- Offer Technical and Sales support to the sales staff.
- Visit Prospects & Clients and manage Correspondence with Clients.
- Conduct Training sessions for Clients and Sales Staff on New Products & Models.
- Weekly Planning (on Saturdays) including a review of support provided/projects completed in the past week, upcoming projects/work for the next week, and planning for support visits/tours, etc. If absent, send updates by email.
- Daily Activity Report (D.A.R.) at the end of the day, documented on the D.A.R. report/Google Shared Sheet/Email. If absent, send reports by email.
- Prepare and submit project documents.
- Submit project videos upon completion.
- Take backups of projects at the end of the month.
- Update Manuals and Drivers/tools on our website.
Sales Executive Assistant
Education: Any graduate
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries about accounts and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist the sales team and enhance sales efforts
- Establish an organized filing system for digital and hard copy sales files
- Keep custom sales materials, like brochures, updated in inventory
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales and Service Engineer
Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (EC/IC)
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Location: Pan India
Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth technical knowledge about our products, understanding their functionalities and the issues they address for our clients.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and diligently follow up after initial meetings.
- Establish and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Manage customer relations by actively seeking and documenting client feedback.
- Innovate new sales and marketing strategies to target prospective customers, positioning our products as optimal solutions.
