Shipping Policies:
To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we exclusively use reputable courier agencies. While efforts are made to ship all items together, exceptions may arise due to product characteristics or availability. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance. If the product appears damaged or the packaging is compromised, customers are encouraged to refuse delivery and contact Customer Care immediately, providing the order reference number for swift resolution.

  • Tracking: Track your order on our website through the “Track your Order” section.
  • Invoicing: All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice reflecting the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners: We utilize FedEx, Aramex, BlueDart, DTDC, etc. for shipping. Special requests for EMS Speed post to remote locations are considered, but we cannot guarantee compliance due to post office verification procedures.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time: Efforts are made to ship orders on the same day (within 24 hours). Shipping occurs on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays are shipped on Mondays. While a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India is aimed for, external factors affecting shipping companies may lead to unpredictable delivery times. Customers are advised to plan accordingly.

Guarantee/Warranty: All items are delivered with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified). Customers must report any defects within a specified duration from the shipment date. Return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, and reimbursed upon defect verification. Damaged products are either replaced or repaired at no cost, with shipping prepaid by the seller. If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund is issued. No warranty applies if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or alteration.

  • Exchanges: Customers must send photos of damaged products for assessment. If the item is out of stock for replacement, a full refund is provided.

100% Refund/Replacement: Accurate descriptions and high-quality products are guaranteed. Customers have a 2-day window from the date of order delivery to report complaints through the support page on the website. After verification, an RMA number (Return Material Authorization number) is issued for the return of the material. Replacement items are sent with shipping costs prepaid by the seller. If replacements are unavailable, a 100% refund is issued. No warranty applies if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or alteration.

Canceling An Order: Customers can request order cancellations or updates via email. Only orders in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be altered or canceled. Order cancellations may attract 5% bank charges, depending on the payment method. Order cancellations and returns without valid reasons are not accepted, and SPIDER Automation Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines: Upon confirmation that a faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or through Remote Desktop (Team Viewer/Any Desk), an RMA Number is issued, clearly mentioned on shipping boxes. No writing is permitted on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise is replaced within 2 days of receipt, and returns must include a copy of the original packing list.

Limits Of Responsibility: The company accepts no responsibility for improper installation of products. Proper electrical polarity must be observed when connecting electrical components.
